Original French cuisine prepared by a chef with genuine French culinary training and soy sauce tasting so you can know the difference and make a personalized soy sauce bottle

Come and experience making your own soy sauce in this soy sauce brewery with a retro look from 100 years ago. As you enter the brewery, you can feel the live yeast in this mysterious and otherworldly space. Tokuboshi Soy Sauce Factory, which has been producing handmade sauce for generations, will give you an in-depth look at soy sauce and the seldom-seen inside of a soy sauce brewery. Participants will learn about soy sauce, tour the brewery, and taste four varieties. Then, after learning about the soy sauce brewing process, they will press their own soy sauce in this brewery that has been in operation for around 100 years. Your personalized soy sauce will be complete after bottling and labeling. After the experience, a special lunch featuring Tokuboshi Soy Sauce Factory products is included at a popular old-fashioned cafe in town.
