
HAKUTSURU Sake Brewery Museum
HAKUTSURU SAKE Brewing Co., Ltd. has restored an old sake brewhouse to its original form and reopened it as the Sake Brewery Museum. In this highly realistic atmosphere, the various stages of making sake are depicted in authentic detail with actual traditional tools and life-size mannequins. Visitors can touch "the heart of Japan" through the world of sake brewing.
