A museum focusing on the origins of sake brewing—Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery Museum
Learn the origins of sake brewing at the Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery Museum. On display inside the museum is Nada sake brewing equipment—which has collectively been designated an important tangible folk cultural property by the national government—as well as other small tools. Through these displays, visitors can learn about the sake-brewing process, the different types of tools, and see authentic equipment up close.
