Nakano BC

Nakano BC

Nakano BC is a sake brewery located in Kainan City, Wakayama Prefecture. As Wakayama Prefecture produces over 60% of the nation’s plums, we take advantage of our location's abundant natural resources and agricultural products to manufacture raw material products from plums. We only use the freshest Nanko Plums in our products and also in the development and manufacturing of various health products. In addition to plum wine, we also manufacture a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake, mirin, shochu, and fruit liqueurs. The nearby Japanese garden, which shares the same history as the brewery, continues to change with the seasons. The Japanese spirit of cherishing the changing seasons is a symbol of Nakano BC and indispensable for sake brewing.
