Nanko-ume grown in Wakayama are large, high quality and hard to come by. Stop by and make a delicious custom plum liqueur using fruit that can only be acquired by a local plum liqueur producer. Easy to make! Authentic! Enjoyable for everyone♪ We will share trivia, including the secret to making a delicious drink and information about ume plums. Visit us for a leisurely time. In addition to the pickling activity, you can go on a tour of our liqueur brewery and stroll the roughly 7,000-square-meter Japanese garden on our property.
