Join us for a vegetable harvesting experience at Tarutaru Farm and Cocolone Farm, groups of young farmers who produce organic vegetables in Asuka. After that, we will learn Yamato–Yakuzen herbal cooking based on traditional Japanese food therapy from Kyoko Onishi, a famous Yakuzen herbal cooking expert, in the cooking classroom at Hotel Nara Sakurai no Sato, This tour will be good for your body and mind.

It is useful to bring a bag that leaves both hands free. /Rain gear (bring your own if necessary)/ In the summer: sunscreen, long-sleeved shirts, hats, sunglasses, insect repellent/ In the winter: warm clothing such as gloves, neck warmers, etc. /Let us know if you have any food allergies/ Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty/ If it rains, the harvest experience will be canceled, and a lecture on Yamato vegetables will be held inside
