Asuka Historical National Government Park

Asuka Historical National Government Park was founded by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to facilitate the protection and use of Asuka’s rich natural surroundings and cultural legacy.
The park’s lands are not fenced off, but rather span five areas covering about 60 hectares, each with its own characteristics: the Takamatsuzuka Area, the Ishibutai Area, the Amakashi-no-Oka Area, the Iwaido Area, and the Kitora Tumulus Area.
