Learn Yamato -Yakuzen herbal cooking based on traditional Japanese food therapy with Kyoko Onishi, a Yakuzen herbal cooking expert

Join us for a vegetable harvesting experience at Tarutaru Farm and Cocolone Farm, groups of young farmers who produce organic vegetables in Asuka. After that, we will learn Yamato–Yakuzen herbal cooking based on traditional Japanese food therapy from Kyoko Onishi, a famous Yakuzen herbal cooking expert, in the cooking classroom at Hotel Nara Sakurai no Sato, which just opened in September this year. This tour will be good for your body and mind.
