Zen Meditation at Kaizoji Temple on Mt. Kashin
【Description】
Kaisoji is a Soto Zen temple where singing sand prayers are proffered. After sitting in meditation, practitioners listen to a monk speak and drink tea for their personal enrichment of the body and mind. Reservations at least two days in advance are required to attend.
