An approximately 10-minute ropeway ride offers impressive views of Kobe below. At the top of the mountain, around 400 meters above sea level, are the Nunobiki Herb Gardens, one of the largest herb gardens in Japan, showcasing 75,000 herbs and flowers of approximately 200 different species that bloom all year round. There are 12 different gardens of varying themes where visitors can spend some leisurely time.
