Traditional Crafting Technique, Sakai Cutlery

Traditional Crafting Technique, Sakai Cutlery

Participants to this activity will observe the traditional techniques of Japanese cutlery and see how much fun cooking can be when they experience how well a knife can cut with the right technique. We also hope that participants will come to appreciate how the knife itself becomes a tool that creates smiles and good health through cooking.
