Yamakawacho Kamiyo-otakara-odori
A dance performed to pacify and give repose to dieties in the ancient capital of Kyoto was brought to Yamakawacho in Tokushima Prefecture as Kamiyo-otakara-odori. During the course of the transmission the purpose was changed to a prayer for good harvest and rain making.
