Aoya Local Culture Hall
Aoya Local Culture Hall displays works by notable Japanese writers who hailed from the local area or worked here. The facility also hosts exhibitions on the history and culture of the town of Aoya, as well as that from elsewhere in Japan and beyond. The San'in Kaigan Geopark exhibit offers information on the attractions between this Tottori Prefecture town and the city of Kyotango to the east in Kyoto Prefecture, including the singing sand and Inshu "washi" paper.
