Onaru Burial Mounds
【Description】
A group of 18 "kofun" burial mounds are spread atop a coastal terrace in the Onaru area. The cave-like stone chambers were built with andesite produced by the nearby columnar jointing. The plateau also offers a view of the Tateiwa rock formation.
