An experienced English speaking guide will guide you through the entire journey to the soy sauce brewery that has been in operation for more than 100 years. You will visit the brewery made with traditional manufacturing methods using 100% domestically grown organic whole soybeans that are no longer used in modern Japanese soy sauce factories. Comes with rare homemade raw soy sauce for your home to enjoy which is not sold in the market.

Using a traditional long-term fermentation process, we make 100% organic soy sauce using special bacteria that are indispensable for fermented food (super food) in Japan.
