Izushi Sarasoba Buckwheat Noodle-Making Class

Make your own Izushi "sarasoba," a buckwheat noodle dish and local specialty. Up to 40 people can join each session. And after making your noodles, enjoy eating them up! Classes are available at five soba restaurants in Izushi. For more information, contact the Tajimanokuni Izushi Tourism Association.
