Sawanotsuru Museum is a renovated old brewery that was built more than 170 years ago during the late Edo period. On display are various precious relics of Sawanotsuru, boasting a 300-year history. You can also learn about the traditional culture of Nada sake. Feel the depth of the Japanese sake tradition infused with the nature of Mt. Rokko and pure Miya spring water.
