The San'in Kaigan Geopark Center displays photographs and panels explaining how the Sea of Japan formed, as well as fascinating rocks and fossils. There's also a giant diorama and theater to provide entertaining education for visitors of all ages. Inside, you can join a workshop to make a sand painting of sand and shells from the Hamasaka shoreline. Your artwork will make for a nice memento of your visit to the Hamasaka seaside!
