Nadagiku Sake Brewery, which covers around 8,900 square meters, was established in 1910 in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. Visitors can stroll through the expansive grounds and see the old, original wooden buildings and savor the charming atmosphere of the brewery. For hygiene reasons, the Kozo brewery in which the sake is prepared is not regularly open to the public, but on weekends during the peak brewing season between January and March, it opens up for a premium tour limited to just 10 visitors (reservations required).
