Nara Park

A number of national treasures and world heritage sites can be found around the park. It is one of top tourist spots in Japan which many tourists visit from both Japan and abroad throughout the year.
A vast urban park covering 4 km east-west, 2 km north-south, Nara Park is surrounded by beautiful lawn and pine trees, and has about 1400 free-roaming deer. Although it is famous for its deer, Nara Park is also a fantastic cherry blossom viewing spot which has wide variety of cherry trees.
