Soba-Making Workshop (time: approx. 90 minutes)
- Make, boil and eat your own soba noodles.
- To start, you'll add water and "tsunagi" wheat-based flour to buckwheat flour and knead.
- Eat up your finished soba on the spot. Take home any you don't finish.
- Fees: 1 batch (serves 4 or so people) per person at2,860 yen
