This park has a long history that dates back to its opening in 1909. The rolling grounds contain several sites of interest. One is Keitaku-en Garden, which was part of the wealthy Sumitomo family's residence. Another is Chausuyama, where samurai fought during the Siege of Osaka. There's also the Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts.

Keitaku-en Garden is open until 6:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays in May and September (last entry at 5:30 p.m.).
