High-Speed Whirlpool Sightseeing Boat: Uzushio Cruise

Get an up-close look of the impressive whirlpools of Naruto from a small tide-watching boat for visiting tourists. The whirlpools vary in size according to the season and weather, but generally speaking, the best times to go are at low tide in the spring and summer, and at high tide from fall to winter. There are 18 boat trips a day. The vessel can carry up to 86 passengers. Each trip takes about 20 minutes. You can check the boat operator's website for the best times of day to view the whirlpools.
